Question Submarine
Please excuse my inability to communicate in any language other than English.
A visitor to Haiti on returning to Europe claims he observed the wreck of a submarine in shallow water just off the coast. This reported sighting has caused a great deal of interest amongst submarine enthusiasts. Please, can anybody confirm this sighting, and/or provide futher information. I would be most grateful.
