I'm interested to consider this as a topic for a paper in a class, however I'd like to get some feedback from the Haitian people first. If you had to charactarize the haitian people into 3 different types of music, would it be compas, racine and folk? Why or why not? And if you had to stereotype the types of people, for example, if you said, this kind of people listened to compas, how would these people be, what type?
If you could take time out to answer these, I'd be grateful. Thanx
Also mind, this is more of a study of haitian society.
