Since this is automated, there can be no exceptions.

A warning system has been implemented. Is is fully automated and has been programmed to detect bad behaviors. Once an offense is detected, the member will receive a warning point. After 3 repeats within a time period, he will be sent away for three days to cool off. He does it again, the amount of days out will be doubled every time, until reached the no tolerance level. Then he will be banned permanently from this site. How does it work? Simple. I put a bunch of bad words in the system, and as soon as one of them is posted, the system reacts.

Even tough warnings will be signed by haitiwebs, that has nothing to do with me. Blame the programming.

In soccer language: 3 yellow cards the same day, or one red card, access wil be denied for a few days.

Yellow cards remain in accounts. Too many of them and the ban becomes permanent.

I admit that with the various languages being used here, this is going to be tough for the automation. However, if a moderator catches someone, he can always activate the warning manually. Also, us Haitians are known to invent all the tricks to bypass a system. Don't forget that you are dealing with Haitians too!

So please people behave and be courteous toward each other and abstain from foul language.
