IT is not at all a bad idea to have an army that serve the people, not mistreat them.It will make good economic sense to train these soldiers in different fields so they help in the construction of the country, but not seat on the hinde and get promoted for doing nothing.Put them to work on various projects in the country.
(water, electricity, sewage etcccc.)
