SUMMARY: Coach Fernando Clavijo gave a gift to Haiti that the Haitian Football fans will never forget. This gift is not about money, money could never buy what Clavijo gave us. He did what no one would or could have done with our national team, caring for them and treating them with respect. He's a competitor and we are absolutely mad fans, so the 3:0 loss to Jamaica, and the end of dream 2006 hurts deeply. But this gift goes beyond winning, he took us (not just the players, the fans too) with all our troubles, politics and unethical administration of Federation Haitienne de Football and cared for us.
