SUMMARY:
The Championnat National de Football 2004-2005 finally started last weekend but there's still much to do. The Championnat was due to start in September and has been postponed several times. League experience is extremely important for all players, and keeping the league going for a long period of time will pay-off in the future. To complete this milestone the FHF should offer periodic training and seminars to the league's referees as well as the coaching staffs of the clubs. In order to earn credibility the LINAF must commit to a better management of the leagues. Sponsors will not take the clubs seriously if the league continues to appear unorganized.
