Haiti will not be part of the Gold Cup Competition for 2 years in a row. Haiti failed to qualify for the last Gold Cup due to the ineptitudes of the coaching staff (Argentinean 3rd division clowns). We failed this year because of the lack of organization of the Federation de Football (FHF) and the lack of professional experience of the coaching staff. It's a fact of life that a professional team has a higher chance of winning against an amateur team. Haiti was able to challenge Cuba with their natural skills and their passion for football, but even the most talented player can be kept in check with a strategic plan. The FHF must commit to investing in the national league, and contracting a professional coach for at least two years as soon as possible.
