Aunt Clara,
Those cases that you mentioned are really rare and exceptional. However, the dutch boys I believe were conceived via invitro fertilization. A mistake was made at the lab and the mother was injected with a white man's and a black man's sperms. There were questions and hesization about calling them "twins" as they are not from the same sperm (or gene perhaps).
